Terms & Conditions

Welcome to HoliGlow. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and participation in HoliGlow events, ticket purchases, and use of our website. By purchasing a ticket or attending HoliGlow, you agree to these Terms.

1. Tickets & Entry

All tickets must be purchased through official HoliGlow channels.
Tickets are valid only for the date and time selected at purchase.
Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable, except as explicitly permitted by HoliGlow management.
Proof of purchase and a valid form of identification may be required for entry.
Children under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times.

2. Assumption of Risk

By entering HoliGlow, you acknowledge and accept that participation involves risks, including but not limited to slips, trips, falls, collisions with props or other guests, or other unforeseen accidents.

You voluntarily assume all risks associated with attendance.
HoliGlow, its owners, employees, contractors, and venue partners are not liable for injuries, damages, theft, or losses occurring at or related to the event.

3. Liability Release & Indemnification

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

You release and discharge HoliGlow, its owners, officers, employees, contractors, vendors, and venue partners from any liability for injury, loss, damage, or claims arising from attendance.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless HoliGlow against any claims, costs, or expenses resulting from your conduct or participation.

4. Event Rules & Conduct

Guests must comply with all posted signs, staff instructions, and safety rules.
No running, climbing on installations, or misuse of props.
Smoking, vaping, drugs, and outside alcohol are prohibited.
HoliGlow reserves the right to remove any guest engaging in unsafe, disruptive, or disrespectful behavior without refund.

5. Photography, Video & Media Release

By attending HoliGlow, you consent to photography, filming, and recording that may include your image or likeness.
HoliGlow may use such media for promotional, advertising, or commercial purposes without compensation.
Guests are welcome to take personal photos and videos for non-commercial use.

6. Refunds & Cancellations

All sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable.
In the event of an unforeseen closure (e.g., severe weather, safety concerns, government order), HoliGlow may, at its sole discretion, offer rescheduling, credit, or partial refunds.

7. Accessibility

HoliGlow is committed to creating an accessible experience. Please contact us in advance with specific accommodation requests.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in San Diego County, California.

9. Updates

HoliGlow reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website and are effective immediately upon posting.
